The Great Wall of Mistrust

I have much respect and admiration for Chinese folks and China and its fabled history. I yearn to visit the noble land someday; however I have absolutely no love for the Chinese government. It’s been stealing the U.S’ lunch money for decades now.

For perspective: I have absolutely no love for my own present government either…

Obviously.


In an interview with TIME, Dr. Lo Yi-chun, the deputy director-general of Taiwan’s Centers for Disease Control (CDC), says the WHO should have acted on Taiwan’s query by conducting its own investigation. Instead, he says the WHO “provided a false sense of security to the world.”
